This is a great set of LEGO bricks for anyone that loves birds! This LEGO box is for making three different species of birds found around the world.

LEGO Ideas is a system for users and LEGO fans to submit ideas for LEGO sets and products. Users pitch their projects on the LEGO Ideas website and others can vote for their support. Projects that receive votes from 10,000 or more users become eligible for production by LEGO. This set, dubbed the LEGO Bird Project, was first pitched in 2012.

The LEGO Birds set here includes 580 bricks to create three different bird species. The iconic and common Blue Jay of North America, the Green Violetear hummingbird found in Central and South America, and the European Robin, which ranges across Eurasia.

The LEGO birds come with stands for display, and each bird has a booklet with species information. This is a great set for nature enthusiasts who also love LEGO, and will appeal to adult hobbyists as well as LEGO-loving kids.
